Cooking the Italian Sausage
First and foremost, sausages don't like super high heat. If you are grilling sausages outside, indirect heat works well. If its the middle of winter (like it is in Utah right now) get out your cast iron pan, or any oven proof pan. Brown one side, flip and put in the oven at about 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through (it is pork after all). Enjoy however you darn well please!
